I figured his time was up when they released the video of him having trouble firing a weapon. Their's is a 'pride and shame' culture. They can't deal with being humiliated. He lost any respect as a fighter when he was filmed trying to shoot his weapon and looking confused and bewildered as one of his assistants had to show him how to unjam it.
