I don't mind mind foreign engineers, but those call centers can be a real pain in the rear when you try to call for support or help.
Don't you know it. At one company which I'm about to cease doing business with, they've all but made a bigot out of me. I don't care about their skin color, or their nationality, or their native tongue, but most of the overseas call center help this company employs are brain-dead and clueless - and they assume that the customer calling them is even worse.
