You can't really say that. Bailey and Pillard (1991) found the following

52% of identical (monozygotic) twins of homosexual men were likewise homosexual
22% of fraternal (dizygotic) twins were likewise homosexual 11% of adoptive brothers of homosexual men were likewise homosexual

Of course the study was small, but other studies show similar results. To the Gay Nazis these studies show that homosexuality is genetic and blame enviromental influences on keeping the other 48% of gay twins in the closet. But what the data really suggests is that there is some genetic influence, but it is far from a determinant factor.

Bailey and Pillard recruited the subjects for their study through homosexual publications which cater exclusively to the homosexual population. Thus, their study did not represent a randomized, non-biased selection. This study is basically 'setup' ... hence: bogus science.

Further, Dr. Pillard is himself a homosexual. He admits that his agenda is to promote the notion that homosexuality is in-born and therefore a natural sexual behavior.
