Surely...a good day to plan a stash expansion expedition!

Hey crafters! Want to join us in declaring May 1 Craft Supply Roundup day?

Time for me to hit the Needlepoint Joint and buy some yarn to start weaving that sash my hubby wants...

I will, KAC. I love to browse at Michaels; browsing usually leads to buying (lots) there!

Money is really tight right now, but I am going shopping Monday 5/1 anyway--just the principle of the thing. Shop till you drop!

I'll be laying in a good supply of crochet cotton on Monday, espcially the new bigger put ups. Great for place mats. I plan a weaving binge this summer. :-)

Hope FR gets less exciting, rather than more. lol Can't freep and weave at the same time. (Maybe I'll knit some snowflakes in honor of Tony. ;-)

Hope all is well.

Judging by Michael's previous contributions ($413,000), they have spent *most* of the money I've freely handed over to them in recent years, so I don't feel guilty about having to sit this one out. *grin*

I'm working on organizing, assessing, and cleaning my stash, rather than acquiring. For explanation, see new tag.

I might be aquiring a spinning wheel soon, so I better go get some how-to books. And as long as I'm there, I could get some more needles and yarn...
