I posted that earlier on Cindy's "Threat Matrix" thread.
It almost sounds like a tropical spawned disease.
Has that area of Texas gotten much rain?

We finally got a couple of inches in the past week and a half. It's been bad and the fleas have been terrible, poor Piper! I hate putting all those poisons on him.
They are finally allowing the ranchers to do some burning.
