It's only legal for Socialists er, Liberals er, "Progressives" to do that. It would be nice to march around the Capitol with BROOMS for a period (Like Joshua at Jerico) Brooms are very suggestive but very legal and bring out the point. :^)
Just like it is only legal for illegals to stop the freeways with a demonstration here in Los Angeles. Imagine if any law-abiding citizen were to walk onto the freeway and try to stop traffic. It is only for the special people.
