Correction - the land is AF property. AF spokeswoman has confirmed NO fatalities.

One thing puzzles me a bit: local news reports say Rt 9 is blocked from Rt 1 all the way up to South Little Creek Road. If the crash site is where we assume it is, why block off the road so far north - why not at Postles Corner (Pickering Beach Rd)?

Debris from the a/c up there?
