Beats me. I think that teh Senate ought to require amendments be available on the internet so we can follow them on C-SPAN2. The Wyden/Grassley/Inhofe amendment won't be visible to us peons until tomorow either.

Well this was a tag on amendment to the Wyden bill

Something about it being illegal for the President to allow or sign off on a deal purchase of a foreign company
