I look forward to hearing the thoughts of Freepers on my theories.

Also, if you care about Able Danger, I would urge you to help reelect Congressman Weldon.

Nice work. Here are some related thoughts.

This is a vanity that I wrote last year. I posted the summary the other day, but it does seem to explain why the Republicans are complicit in this cover up.

Fox news, and expecially Shawn Hannity, need to hammer on this. Although I don't think Shawn is necessarily the sharpest tool in the shed, he is a dedicated and tenacious advocate for conservatism. When he gets his teeth into an issue he won't let up and usually gets enough attention that the MSM has to deal with the story. Without Fox news I'm not sure the Swift Boat Vets story would have ever gotten the play it did - the MSM would have ignored and thus buried it. Fox needs to hammer on this every single day to force the MSM to take note.

Clinton Administration’s actions – in exchange for campaign contributions, allowed China to ...

Clinton is the biggest traitor in US History and should've been impeached, removed, tried and punished for TREASON. Instead, he was only impeached on "red herring" charges of lying to a grand jury about Monica.

I pray that he will some day be held accountable for selling out the American people.

I have heard that Condoleezza Rice was one such person

She was on the investigating a end of a conflict of interest charge involving one of her staff.

The facts:

Dr. John W. Lewis, a Stanford professor collaborated with Chinese defector Hua Di in writing books on Chinese missiles. Stanford Provost Ms. Condoleezza Rice said, "Professor John Lewis had provided evidence to the fact that the source materials for publications written by him and Mr. Hua were provided by approved Chinese authorities or already were available through the Stanford University library." Aviation Week, Janes and several other publications confirm the Stanford position that the information Hua Di passed to the West was already obvious.

Source

While many articles try to incriminate her as being connected, the only connection I can see is that she was doing her job in investigating the conflict of interest involving one of her staff, and as indicated above, cleared him...nothing nefarious there. Some journalists say she shut down "the investigation", but that is a preposterous charge considering she concluded her investigation and found him innocent. Investigating the Chinese spy ring was not her job, that was the Clinton Admin's job, once it had been reported to them. Those same journalists were upset because she would not discuss this with them and saw that as a sign of complicity in a cover up. It's the same kind of journalistic arrogance we see on display today in the Cheney case. Condi was under no obligation to discuss this with them and as Provost, she had an obligation to maintain the integrity of the University.

Years ago I wrote Who Sold Us Out to China: A Study of the Sino-American Relationship to explore the bigger picture of how American foreign policy is created. You have filled in the gaps admirably.

On a first read, this looks like a shot across the bow of the Dem congresscritters who are pushing for an impeachment vote on President Bush. Weldon is hanging some of Clinton's dirty laundry on the line as a warning to the Dems.

Excellent.

This helps to explain something that has bothered me- why so many people go to extremes to protect the Clintons.

But, it looks like there are many other interests being protected too.

LIWA, LIWA- sounds like a song. How sweet.

It's simple why AbleDanger has been shoved under the rug. It would completely blow away the current NSA issue: the Pentagon fears getting sucked into the vortex of criticism for warrantless eavesdropping. Also, AbleDanger would completely undermine support for the current NSA program -- if it is allowed to become a major issue. --IMHO.

The USA is in danger. We citizens no longer have the ability to "clean house" in regards to our public officials. The same old retreads get offered up every year. Where can men and women of integrity be found when public service has been boiled down to "Screw the better good! How much money and power can I get? And I better CMA by CYA, wink wink nudge, nudge." From both political parties, I must add.

I would say our only hope is in the power of the Internet and the Pajamadeen. Unfortunately, it would take a major media player who wants to make a name for him/herself to start the revolution.

Gorlick had multiple motives and this was likely one of them. The most corrupt and treasonous administration ever to slime the White House is the "gift" that just keeps on giving!

Just watched Lou Dobbs interview Weldon on his show.....Weldon says the Bureaucrats are stalling the investigation....

So far I see nothing of Able Danger mentioned on Foxnews, but I might have missed it.....

Lou Dobbs is also talking about the Chinese Buildup and mentioning the administration sees no problem with the company taking over control of nine ports.....where is Foxnews on this?
