I just know an idiot when I see one. And you are right, this species is not native to one region. I know some from England, Russia, New York, Pennsylvania -- but they are PREVELANT where I live.

Best dog house in the world is a section of concrete sewer pipe. Doesn't rust, nice and cool in the summer, and in the winter you can close one end. It even comes in sizes for different sized dogs.
