LOL!
Can you even begin to estimate the savings in human suffering and lost wages/productivity if your local water department actually followed required regulations and immediately reported system failures?
And the media made that information, immediately and widely available to all, through radio and TV public service announcements?
Instead of belatedly advising, you should have been boiling your drinking water two weeks ago?
But it's all OK as of tomorrow!

BIG HINT: This "intimate kissing" isn't like kissing your sister or kissing your cat.

Oh it will work just fine, as long as people are willing to stand up and claim responcibility for "government".
Last time I did a personal indepth check, everyone in government service, was ultimately accountable to we, the people.
This stupid idea floating around that "we the people" are powerless in the face of our own elected government needs to be corrected.

The more I look around, the more I believe it can't be corrected at the ballot box. Too many unelected bureaucrats are doing too many things that Congress should be doing, and Congress is doing too many things it shouldn't.
Since the "Loose Lips Sink Ships" phrase already has popped up on my posting page, I'm not saying anything more.

"Oh, for the days where "kissing disease" only meant mono." Point taken, but mono is no picnic either.
