Graham needs to recognize that the slippery slope goes both ways. If Congress can begin regulating individual actions by the military on such actions as 'abuse', could Congress not then decide whether or not Company A should assault hill 190 and whether or not to use air support or artillery in support of the attack.
A war cannot be run by a Committee, and quite clearly especially not one like this one.
AMEN to that. I think enough Americans (even the lefties) have been on committees and would agree. We would see exactly what we have seen today until they all had to have a koran on their podiums.
