He's trying to gather 41 opposers. It won't happen. Nothing said on the floor of the Senate about that - news reports, from what I gather.

Kerry might come out of this with Egg on his face.

I really hate him making an Ass out of himself, since I'm hoping he'll take the Presidential nomination away from Hillary..

I think he's going to issue some sort of a statement soon.
