Byrd is somewhat impressing me with this speech. he seems right down the middle

I think I'm impressed too, but I'm not 100% certain, lol.

I really enjoy Byrd's talks. Even when I don't like or agree with his position.

It's weird, having folks agree with me on that, here. LOL. Usually y'all (not you personally, the bulk of posters) are mocking Byrd.

Anyway, he's a pretty clear YES with that "I intend to vote for Alito."
