A very gracious statement about Senator Specter, who I have to agree has done a good job as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
Agree.
I started watching the committee debates with the notion that Specter was a RINO.
While possibly true, I dont think anyone could have conducted the hearings better.
My opinion of Specter went up dramatically.
