The appointments come 12 days after a plane crash in northwest Iran, which killed 11 senior IRGC commanders, including the commander of the IRGC Ground Forces. The crash was a serious blow to the IRGC at a critical time when the force has been given huge powers by the Supreme Leader in the wake of the consolidation of power by the ultra-conservative faction after hard-liner Mahmoud Ahmadinejad took office as president.
Interesting insight into the apparent power struggle between Khamenei and the Ahmadinejad/Yazdi faction.

They send a martyr our way, we send a nuke their way. Do the math. See Japan, WW2.

It would be hard to even write a script about the Iranian "bunch" so far, because whoever you took your manuscript to, would tell you it was WAY "over-the-top".
IMHO, the last chapter of this "thing" is WAY past overdue to the publisher......the chapter concerning a "glowing glass parking lot"....

The Iraqi Air Force flew to Iran during the 91 war to get away from the US Air Force, the best on the planet.
Where would the Iranian Air Force go.....besides hell?

Interesting insight into the apparent power struggle between Khamenei and the Ahmadinejad/Yazdi faction. This is heading into World War III, IMO.
These people are the ones who held the Americans hostage and are now back in power and intend to finish the job they started.
This is going to be really, really bad.

The military doctrine is based on two components as strategic tools in any military confrontation: the massive use of suicide operations to target U.S. and Western interests around the world, and the use of weapons of mass destruction.
Guess they never heard of OUR military doctrine, which states that attacks with weapons of mass destruction will be answered with nuclear weapons. We were ready to use them against the USSR, we will SURELY use them against Iran.
This is a recipe for Iranian national suicide.

Apparently there's no use for the iranian air force, or army for that matter according to this nuts "military strategy". His "strategy" calls for people to voluntarily blow themselves up and/or the use of a nuke.

The problem is that after WWII they began a mandated castration program in Congress and the Pentagon. That's why we have actually WON a war since.

General Salami. This ought to be good for a few laughs.
The good thing about dictators and whack jobs such as Ameedaheadjob, is that they appoint political hacks instead of competent people to key positions.
