At an outdoor summer party a few years ago at my house one of my brothers (a police officer) struck up a conversation with her and found out she had some type of martial arts training. I forget the formal name of it but it is basically fighting with sticks / long swords kinda thing. She would giggle at him and tell him she could lay him out flat in 15 seconds. My friend warned my brother "Hoss, you don't EVEN want to go there... TRUST me".
He is 5' 11" and 220 pounds of muscle. She's 5'4" and 115 pounds soaking wet. My brother has formal wrestling training as well as what you would expect of a cop.
They went at it for about 5 minutes. If my brother could have actually gotten a hold of her he could have snapped her like a twig. That was not to be though...she was as fast as $h!t through a goose.
She was armed with one wooden broom stick, which she promptly snapped over the side of his head... and one much more durable / lethal fiberglass handle off of a garden rake. Those things won't break.
He couldn't get within 4 feet of her without getting lumped up. She was actually toying with him and she handed him his ass about 10 times in 5 minutes... demonstrating that she could easily puncture his throat as well as his heart. All of us were floored at this pint sized lady doing what appeared to be high speed Ballet with a dangerous twist.
He was a good sport about the whole thing and admitted to her how impressed he was over the whole thing as he tended to his 40 or so bloody welt marks all over his torso.
A few months later while at my friends home he let me watch a home video of her in competition taken in the late 90's.
I would not screw with that chick with anything less than a full suit of armour...no way....no how.

She's a (lethal) doll, soft spoken, humble and has a lot of class and is wicked smart too.
I must say I was very impressed by my friends "find".

I should repost my long analysis of social globalization.
I have long considered German women as heavy competition for Americans, without ruling Americans out by any means.
But cheap airfare and the Internet (free phone calls, free emails) have really changed the social world in the past 12 years. I specifically remember what a western man's dating choices were in 1989: liberal, leftist and radical (with American churches empty and the south devoid of high tech jobs). The women of the former Soviet bloc are mostly conservative. Their existence as Caucasian competition wasn't realized until 1995 when the Internet became widespread in the west. Racism cannot apply to Caucasian competition...American men saw the exact same bone structure, skin color, hair, everything genetically exact.
The world will never be the same again for American anti-male feminists who are like the moribund steel industry that Congress wanted to uphold tariffs for. American women can win against conservative foreign competition by being conservative and nice. Example: With foreign policy, support victory over terrorism. We all know that 70% of blue state women won't even make that simple step.
In globalization, the losers are those who denigrate the competition until its too late. The winners adjust to social market forces. Because so many American women won't consider foreign men (except for young leftist women I know who deliberately sought out Al Qaeda supporters to sleep with)...each Caucasian American man now has a choice of two Caucasian women if he wants to marry a Caucasian.
I haven't seen evidence of it being anything more than coincidental: the trend of younger American women being more conservative than the previous generation...but this trend would fit in with social globalization theory...that American society is adjusting to the fact that the Bush Family (and Reagan) liberated billions of people and freed up a billion women who now don't believe in the left wing view of the world that was being forced down their throats by the international left that wanted them to be imprisoned.
Social forces in this world make it a great time to be conservative. Leftist-style, socialist man-hating feminism is doomed by marriage market forces.
Except that premarital sex ain't going back to the backseat of the 50's drive-in either.
