Please help spread the word - Patriotic Americans needed to shelter family and friends from Phelps's and the WBC's hate message in Hudson, WI tomorrow...
I thought this guy Phelps was an extreme anti-gay guy. Has he become anti-US now? What have I missed? (I don't follow his activities on a daily basis u know...)

Phelps and his "activists" thank God for the killing of U.S. Soldiers... If you look up his site you will see it's nothing but intense hatred. I try to stay away from the main pages of his site, and only look at their picket information. That's still enough to make one sick...
These cretins need to experience a strong expression of free speech in the form of a major ass kicking!
I'm thinking he's just a far-left liberal acting like he's a religious conservative in order to make religious conservatives look bad by association.

Perhaps he is a Larouche type...someone who "transcends" normal categories.
I wish someone would get rid of these jerks. Thank God Oklahoma is doing something about it there. Maybe the rest of us need to petition our legislators to get this taken care of.

I'm trying to visualize Jesus going to a funeral to protest. He wants to cause extra suffering for the grieving family in order to make a political point... hmm.. having a hard time with this one.
WBC, be advised that I give your man Phelps a '3 out of 5' rating on the Koreshometer. This is disturbingly high, and borderline dangerous. Add one point to his rating in the event of -
Phelps asking to sleep with your family members for allegedly religious purposes.

How can this article claim that Westboro Baptist is liberal when they pretty obviously do not adhere to any classical or localized definition of liberalism? I wouldn't call them conservative either really, except in the Burkean sense of maintaining existing social order (anti-gay).
They were here in Bedford Indiana this last weekend. (Indiana state representative Brent Steele is sponsoring a resolution to make picketing a military funeral a crime. I don't know the deatils) We ignored them. It apparently pissed them off. The papers didn't even run pictures. Huge, huge, huge, non-event
