Think about it, there are people here who didn't even vote in the special election and it was such an important one for Republicans. I find that mind boggling and so sad for the future of the West coast and the whole country.

Petulant one-issue types, when they can't get exactly what they want, find some nobility in opting out of the process entirely.

Though they say this makes them sleep well, it's unclear how their inaction moving the status quo in a negative direction is somehow helpful.

It's not like their sleeping patterns are important, you know.
