I think the reason Bush doesn't veto is not because he's not conservative enough, but because he's just a nice guy. Ever heard him speak badly of ANYONE but a terrorist?
He won't veto this.

We definitely need cuts in spending, but it looks cheesy to complain about cuts to the insurance industry.
