The station I listen to online is always breaking to commercial during when Rush is talking. It drives me crazy! It's like they have some kind of glitch they still havent worked out. Does anybody else ever get that? I listen to WOKV out of Jacksonville...

It's probably due to when the station's automated system receives the tone that tells it to run a commercial break. Rush may be talking over the tone (or ignoring the break signal).

Call the station's program director and let them know it is annoying and you'd like an explanation for the problem.
