You cannot have your attorney in the grand jury room with you, but you can have your attorney outside and you can go out and ask for his advice and/or guidance after ever question if you wish.

Can't one plead The Fifth Amendment in front of the Grand Jury. 124 people associated with the Clintons either pled the Fifth or left the country!!

I think you can just SAY you are going to Pleade The Fifth and you don;t even have to show up in person!! Why didn't Libby?
