How about waiting to hear the other side?
I haven't judged anything. I have read the indictment. What Libby said is what he said - I don't think there will be an 'other side' to that. So the 'other side' will be that there isn't overwhelming proof that he already knew about Plame before he talked to his purported sources for the information. If there isn't, and Fitz put all that stuff in the indictment, then I may have to start agreeing with you about him. But, by my count, looks like Fitz has about 7 or 8 witnesses - 3 reporters and the rest gov't officials - who will say or have said that Scooter's tale ain't the way it went down. I'm not sure what I think would be more reckless - Scooter saying what he said in the GJ if these witnesses are accurately described, or Fitz making these charges if they are not.
