I think a trial with discovery would be great. These additional counts allow for discovery and they should use it to the fullest extent possible. Time to go on the offense. Looks to be the only way this will all come out.
The thing that bothers me most about this whole thing is the appearance of an operation run by the CIA against the White House.
That sort of thing is not healthy for the Republic.
