If he believes that then this whole affair is just a case of "selective prosecution". It's been all about what can we charge the Bush administration with and not about the big picture.

I'm sitting here listening to this Fitzgerald guy, and If I didn't know better,(but I do because I'm a Freeper), is that Joe & Valerie are the tortured victims of this "Scooter" guy, and Scooter is the most "evil" man (next to Karl Rove) in the entire universe! :-)
