It's not up that high on the food chain yet. It's CYA by CIA and DIA, and hasn't really been on anyone's radar yet. Although I do believe more should have been done at the time of the bogus 9-11 commission, since that was their job!
I think that was the whole reason to have Gorelick and BenVenista as members instead of witnesses...... But that's just me.
I have heard people say that Rumsfeld is stopping this. I hope this isn't true. I'm getting confused because I briefly listened to Jerry Doyle (yes, I know he's a jerk) and he's trying to lay blame on the WH. Of course, he also thinks Delay is the most corrupt politian ever, so I guess we know where he stands. I think he's just upset because the Republican party didn't support him when he ran for congress.
