people need to cut out using one black "leader" or the actions of a few black people as accurate descritions of ALL black people.

I haven't seen any examples of the above; I haven't been looking for it either, so I will take your word for it that it is on here somewhere. Likewise, how about giving the rest of us who raise these issues the benefit of doubt that we have good intentions at heart.
