We almost left after a few minutes of Mellencamp too. But he got a lot better. Much much better after a few more songs. Glad we stayed for him.
Mellenkamp had a much bigger, glitzy production. Fogerty was the real deal. He has written so many good songs that have become American standards. I hope he appears tonight.
