Initialy the law is what ever the cop says it is.

That is, until the matter gets into court. Then the law is what ever the judge says it is.

How come every attorney can tell me what the law is, but no attorney can never tell me how the judge will rule.

There are no court in New Orleans. Most of the criminal and civil cases will be wiped clean, because evidence is destroyed, witnesses are gone, etc.

Even indicted Aaron Broussard will probably get a free pass.
