Yes. That's true enough. But there are many people in the city who don't own cars and not everyone was looting. I sure hope you won't suggest that everyone stuck in NO is a looter, while chastising them for not being car thieves.
If it's yellow, yes, she had something yellow hanging over her arm.

Why is the water receeding in St. Bernard Parish?
Some people did have jobs and had to stay behind. I know if we had an evacuation in our city, my husband would have to stay behind due to his job.
Well, her hair looked a mess...:-)
They'll probably hold a press conference later, like they did in Biloxi, after he's toured wherever he's going to tour.

Describing how one weary man became frustrated while waiting in line for provisions, this is just one example of what some are encountering.
This man waited in a long line only to have a volunteer hand him a jock strap with a seemingly apologetic look on his face.
Unpeturbed, the evacuee said:
As long as it's clean, I'm happy.
.........
And so it goes folks, this male evacuee is a human being who looks at the glass half full. Bravo! He's a survivor and marches forwarded. We need more like him to become a counselor in the up coming months to mentally guide the other survivors PSYCHED UP.
