The DUmp is saying President Bush pulled a LIHOP on New Orleans where the Hurricane is concerned.
They are also calling for the comandeering of Cruise ships to put the homeless folks in.
And defending the looting.

I divide the looting into two types: (1)looting for necessities like food and water; (2) looting for free clothes, stereos, TVs, electronics, etc. I would have no problem with shooting category 2 looters on sight; they are scum. But people scavenging for food for survival is another story.
