I'd like to have an update on the pumps in NO.

Are they getting any closer to getting them working so they can drain that rancid water??

And under Martial Law, can they force evacuation of everyone, so that disease doesn't take hold?

Last I heard this morning the pumps were still out and were working on them.

I believe that the dysfunctional old pumps are still underwater and inaccessible.

It will be some time before they can drain that water, imo.

And I don't know how martial law works. It's been reported that anyone who can leave NO should leave immediately.
