So all the lower spots are not underwater???only thing left is the highground??
Apparently, the flow is very directional, because of the ridges and intact levees in other parts of the city. So, not all of the low-lying areas have been inundated as yet.
The professors did make clear that the Superdome area will be affected by serious flooding soon if the breech on the 17th Street Canal levee is not filled.
