Move America Forward will be conducting the You Dont Speak for Me, Cindy caravan beginning next week. It will feature military family members who have loved ones serving in the war against terrorism in Iraq or Afghanistan. The delegation will be led by Deborah Johns of Marine Moms. (Her son has served in Operation Iraqi Freedom).
Main caravan leaves from San Francisco, California on Monday, August 22nd. Other caravans will depart from around the country. If you want to be part of a caravan, email us with your name and location you will depart from and we will include in our caravan coverage so people in your area can depart with you.
Everyone arrives in Crawford, Texas for a giant We Support Our Troops AND Their Mission Rally on Saturday, August 27, 2005.
If you have a loved one serving in Iraq or Afghanistan and would like to join the caravan please contact Move America Forwards Robert Dixon: Robert@MoveAmericaForward.org
Do you know if they're going down the 5 after they leave KFI?
Yes, they will take the 10 from the Al Rantel Show, then get on the 5 and head to a brief stop in Buena Park. Then on to San Diego.
Details are constantly updated at the website of http://www.moveamericaforward.org
Awesome! Thanks so much RWGuy! I will be there! I hope I can meet some FReepers! Woo-hoo!!! I am excited, can you tell?!!
Are either of you in OC?
Very nicely done.
Melanie Morgan and Bob Beckel at it on Hannity's show.
And yes, that post is cryptic because I just heard the last 5 minutes. Beckel is such a Clinton buttboy.
Thanks, I'll check it out. I may have to fly down there for this.
I'm in L.A. . . .
It would be nice if they could stop in at the corner of Laurel Canyon and Ventura in Studio City on any Friday night from about 7:00 on. There's always a few conservative stalwarts on the southeast corner, usually outnumbered by the lefties on the northeast corner. I pass that corner on the bus on my way to and from work and I have gotten off the bus and joined in a couple of times.
Any other SoCal Freepers are certainly welcome and in fact, urged to attend...
Nice tagline
BTTT
See post no. 600 ... very short notice, but can you be there?
Doug, do you have an L.A. ping list?
RonDog may have a list.
Do they really have kids in the Army, or is this more crap like Kerry's lying "Winter Soldier" farce? I hope people are investigating these people who claim to have kids in the military.

Deborah Johns was just on NBC nightly (national) news.
Me too!!!
This may have already been thought of and posted numerous times -- so excuse me if this idea is less than original.
Might help if each of us e-mailed our non-FReeper buddies who live along the caravan route and give them info about where to go if they want to cheer on (or join) the festivities. Did that about an hour ago and I've already heard back from a woman who said she plans to grab a few friends to help wave on the caravan as it leaves Dallas.
May not help but it can't hurt to ask the right people.
