Christiane Amanpour is saying she thinks this is a copy cat type of attack. Nothing to see here, move alongPerhaps this attack was hastily (re)arranged.
Perhaps only the less "obvious," less skilled terrorists could attempt this at this time and there are only a few of that type they can depend on.
The teror leadership doesn't want to risk having the perps killed, because they want to use them again.

Remember, after the last bombing they found one or more vehicles full of explosives--I wonder if that was "the good stuff" intended for this attack, and they had to make do with something less effective?
