Where did you read about blood thinner?

The Hepatitis lacing occurred about two years ago in Jerusalem. Typical nail bomb....with some extras thrown in to cause future carnage....animals to the end....

I'm sorry, I was mistaken. It isn't heparin they are lacing the bombs with, it's rat poison (warfarin-a different kind of blood thinner).
I think you're mistaken about the hepatitis. As with heparain, they would need access to medical facilities, and hepatitis would be even harder to get than the heparin. I just don't see it. After searching, I also didn't find any basis for your assertion.
