They cannot confirm what the white powder is by just looking at it. How long for anthrax to begin to affect someone??

Initial symptoms occur within a week. I believe that anthrax powder is a light-brown color, though. Not white.

according to CDC web site: - skin in 1-2 days and Symptoms of disease vary depending on how the disease was contracted, but symptoms usually occur within 7 days.
