There's an outside chance he could become a Kennedy ... same is true of almost any nominee.
My take is that he's not quite a Scalia, most likely a Rehnquist ... and that's not half bad.

a) see question above again. b) why are conservatives always willing to settle for less than they should & liberals never willing to compromise on anything?
Certainly an improvement on O'Connor, who so often tried to split hairs and forge amorphous murky mushy compromises that failed to respect the clear terms of the Constitution and its Amendments, not to mention many statutes.....
