Read the Florida Constitution. Jeb had the authority but he didn't have the political will. His future in politics is over. He'll be going back to S. Florida for good.

Listen very carefully. I do not care about the Florida Constitution, the limitations therein, the rights supposedly found therein, or anything else about the state of Florida. How the state of Florida handles its internal business is the business of the citizens of that state. If they want to force families to keep loved ones 'alive' that's their business. If they want to force loved ones to disconnect life support, again that's their business.

But do not misread the federal Constitution to forward your agenda nationwide. The power to do so is not in there, nor was it ever.
