Are you saying that through the use of legal shenanigans, lawyers are targeting certain elderly in Florida in order to rob them of their assets? Step One: Insert a feeding tube in the patient whether it is needed or not. Make the feeding tube impossible for the patient to take out.
Step Two: Make the patient seem mentally incompetant through the use of psychoactive drugs. Convince everyone that the patient cannot feed themself.
Step Three: Take out the feeding tube and deny the patient acess to food and water, causing the patient to quickly die.
Step Four: Transfer all of the patient's assets to the nursing home (or lawyer account). Convince the concerned family of the patient that all of the patient's assets were used in their care.
Yes, they are inserting feeding tubes for convenience's sake. There is credible evidence of the raiding of savings and offing of seniors. Auditor Melton was stonewalled by Judge Greer who refused Melton's efforts to audit the financial records of the wards of Pinellas & Pasco County. So, Melton went to the media and wrote a detailed scenario that they use in Pinellas & Pasco County.
The trust company holds the wards' funds and when they give it away, they say "they had a court order" so they are off the hook.
