Sure he's suggesting Republican Senator's...DUH he wants fewer Republican senators in the Senate. Thus making a Democrat minority.

Reid suggested Mel Martinez and Lidsay Graham, probably because he thinks the Dems have strong candidates in FL and SC to run for an open seat in the Senate.
