Umm, not if he appointed a Senator with a Repubican Governor.
I actually do think that Linsay Graham would be a good choice. His views are solidly conservative, he's just too much of a horse trader. If he were a Supreme Court Justice, he wouldn't have the same political choices to screw up, and he could just be a normal conservative. Also, we'd have him out of the Senate, making way for one of the many talented Rs in his state.
