Since you are doing updates like in this post. How about at the top of each thread post the latest 'what we know'. That will help new people to the thead and keep abreast of the info since it is coming faster today. just a thought.
I think that after a thread is posted, only the Moderators can change the information in the article section. That's a great idea, but I don't think FR is set up like that.
