I've heard him speak....extremely compelling. Despite hearings on the Hill, there is still not enough being done to help the suffering of NK under their hideous regime.
Thanks for the post. I would only add the follow pedantic observation. It is not "their" it's "that" hideous regime, propped up by Red China and Russia.
It is WAY better to be deported from that hellhole than to remain in it.
That doctor is a living saint and a hero. If I had 1% of his goodness and courage I'd consider myself a lucky man.
But...but...but...Gitmo is a Gulag!
If it doesn't help bring down the USA, the 'international community' could care less. As a German, perhaps he should look to the EU to take the lead. They did so well in Serbia. Handling this little situation half way around the world should be right up their alley.
See, Germans don't always believe their government's BS.
Ingsoc in practice.
I had an NRA-inspired thought: How about using a UAV to air drop thousands of small handguns with ammo across the countryside? We could also drop some chocolate bars and bags of rice at the same time. The oppressed need the means to fight back.
John Bolton called life in North Korea a "Hellish nightmare." He spoke the truth, and for this the democrats are hell bent on keeping him out of U.N. Nice, huh?
Interesting idea for what to do with all those guns siezed from criminals, instead of destroying them.
Call the media and say you have a story of rape, torture and depravity at a foreign prison and they will come running ,just dont tell them its not Gitmo before they get there or they wont come
I've heard that the S. Korean government prevents N. Koreans from getting on TV to slander their government. They don't want to 'provoke' the n koreans.
That is a great idea for a charity. A real charity, funded by private citizens. Let government stop us.
