They could just back a wrecker up and load his car and haul him away. If he shoots himself, tough. If he doesn't just haul him to jail.
The danger to the public safety is now far beyond the risk of the suspect offing himself..this is stupid..
They can't do that cause he could shoot out the windows and could be a lot of innocent people put at risk of being shot.
That's why I suggested they use a box car to put over him and get him off the road now.
