If this were a movie, the cops would have lowered a giant magnet by Chinook helicopter, picked that car up and accidently dropped it into the closest big body of very deep water.

I guess we are more tolerant of our police officers and how they take out criminals. I remember a few years ago they were chasing a drunk and took out about a mile of mailboxes. Not one person complained. They just said thank you and put up new mailboxes.

If he shot himself, that'll save a lot of money.A law enforcement spokesperson said that the suspect has some "life issues". (Whatever that is.)
He also said that if the suspect was one of your loved ones, wouldn't you want him treated in a humane manner?
I'm heartless, I guess. I have more sympathy for the people stuck out on the freeway.

My coworker just suggested something similar. Pick him up with a big crane and move him off the roadway so traffic can get going. If it happens to be in a pond, well, sucks for him.
