Please give me a hand! I know this has probably been answered in this 10 million post thread, but...
WHY IS EVERYBODY TALKING AS IF THE OTHER 2 JUSTICES HAVE BEEN THROWN OVERBOARD??? Is it just assumed that these 2, who are LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! controversial than the others will not be brought up???? If so, why is that assumed. Please help my dizzy mind.

I think Frist said today that pretty much ALL nominees are going up for a vote to test the "Compromise" clauses.
