Police say record number of smuggled immigrants found at home
MADERA, Calif. Police say narcotics officers on a drug raid stumbled upon a record number of illegal immigrants at a Madera County home.
Authorities say officers found 80 undocumented Mexican immigrants at the home of 38-year-old Jose Esparza, an accused methamphetamine dealer who allegedly sold an undercover officer a half-pound of drugs Friday afternoon.
