If the poll question had been "Do you believe George Bush is a member of the Templar Council of Zircon V", there probably would have been a similar number of yes votes. If any polling question yields less than 10% yes, I don't think the exact percentage is likely to be very meaningful.

Seriously, why would there be a given of ~10% answers going against the majority answer? Is it because people aren't listening to the questions, they're playing jokes, or what?
