5 years ago I would have said the dog was abused. Now this type story repeats almost daily. Pit bulls do not belong among people.

There may be some people who can handle them. But as dogs they're decidedly not for every one - certainly NOT for families with children.

I agree. Pit bulls belong in a pitt, sprinkled with a little rigor mortis and a whole lot of dirt.

There have been several attacks on young children by pit bulls in the Ottawa area recently. Is it possible they are getting more aggressive thanks to bad breeding?
In any case, anyone who lets their child near an unmuzzled pit bull is out of their mind.

I guess labs & chows are just as bad. In Charlotte, the stats we released***they have bitten more that pit bulls, but they don't make the news like a a pit bull does. Let the news tell it, andpit bulls are the only dogs that bite.
